Why Work With Us?

Prior to co-founding Sana Psychotherapy, Kristina and Jessica served in clinical leadership and supervision within Columbia University's Women's Mental Health Division, where they supervised clinicians and trainees while providing specialized psychotherapy to individuals and couples navigating fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy and infant loss, birth trauma, and third-party reproduction. Together, we bring advanced training and extensive clinical experience in perinatal and reproductive mental health, including EMDR, Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting (MBCP), psychodynamic psychotherapy, birth doula training, and third-party reproduction.
